Casey Lock and Key, Inc. is a third generation family owned company. The name of the company has changed over the years, but has been family owned since 1971. Floyd Hiatt started the business part time in 1971. In 1981, Jerry Casey took over the business from his stepfather. The business continued to grow and was moved to its current location in 1987. In 2001, Ken Jordan, now a retired police officer, started working part time and eventually was hired as a full time technician. In 2005, Eric Casey entered the business full time and assumed primary ownership. In 2007, Casey Lock and Key, Inc. purchased the assets of Al Professional Lock and Key and owner, Eric Elander became an employee. Eric Elander has been in the locksmith business since 1984. Due to incredible growth over the last couple of years, the shop size was increased in 2008 to better serve our customers.
In 2011 we added another employee to our family. Dean Stepp has over 6 years experience in the door hardware business and has been a great asset to us on things like door closers, door hinges, door sweeps and seals and just general knowledge about doors and installation of new doors. Look for our new Springdale shop coming in 2012!
